Thinking of doing some internal alterations to your premises?…… an office, a warehouse, a shop?

Not sure how to go about organising it ?.........It will cost you nothing to find out if we can help.

We’ll go back to first principles to understand exactly what you want to achieve, and review the options for how you can get there.

 

We’ll test assumptions; cleverly re-planning your existing space could be a better, and cheaper, alternative to extending the building to get more usable space.

If you’ve already got a solution in mind we’ll review it, offer improvements and ways to save cost. If not we’ll go away, think it through and come back to you with some

initial ideas and a feel for the cost.

Once we are on the right track to draw and specify what you want then we’ll give you

a price for working up the design in detail and for getting approvals

such as Planning Permission or Building Regulations Approval.

Once we have the detailed design information we’ll be able to help you to get

an exact cost for doing the work, how it will be done and how long it will take.

On site we can monitor the works. We’ll stay very close to the work to drive progress and to solve any problems.

 

We’ll take the load off your shoulders; dealing with the daily issues while keeping you informed of the bigger picture on progress, quality and cost.

Handover and you move in. We have three simple targets at that point:

· you are satisfied,

· you will come back again when you need something else done and

· you will recommend our service to other people
